Radical Exhale is a breath-fueled creative wellness community class designed to reconnect you to your body, your breath, and your intuitive magic.
Co-hosted by Abby Creek and C.J. Smith—two of the nervous system nerds behind Braveheart Café, a space for play-based wellness, creative expression, compelling conversation, and radical rest—this class blends guided breathwork with process-based art to help you slow down, soften, and get curious.
You’ll be invited to explore intuitive, expressive practices like mark-making, “drawing breath,” and using watercolor to move with (and be moved by) your breath. No art skills required. No breathwork experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and see what flows through you.
This is creative wellness—a chance to express without explaining, release without rushing, and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of art made in partnership with your breath. A tangible reminder that your breath is both your anchor and your co-creator.
What to Expect:
• A guided breathwork session led by Abby Creek
• Creative prompts and art facilitation from C.J.
• A safe, zero-pressure space for nervous system expression
• Music, mindfulness, and community connection
• Time to reflect, create, share, and integrate
• You’ll leave with a unique art piece that mirrors your breath
What to Bring:
• Sketchbook or watercolor paper (or any heavy paper)
• Watercolor paints + a brush (or anything you love creating with)
• Something to make marks with (pens, pencils, chalk—whatever feels good)
• A cup of tea, cozy blanket, or anything that makes you feel comfy
• Headphones or a quiet-ish space, if possible
Come as you are—overwhelmed, curious, creative, anxious, tender, ready for a good time, or all of the above. Your whole self is welcome here, just as you are.
