3 Months (Introduction).

 3 month introductory program offering the following:

• 3 virtual sessions per month (45-60 mins each)

• Nervous system assessment + personalized selection of neuro drills

• Recommendations for rescue drills and daily routines that support nervous system optimization

• Troubleshooting specific outputs and offering drills to help address underlying drivers contributing to it

• Creative prompts to promote integration and emotional processing

• Ongoing support between sessions via What’sApp/ voice note check-ins  (up to 2x/week)

Each session will be 45-60 minutes (with an intake running 75–90 minutes for deeper assessment). The flow will generally be focused on two complimentary methods of neuro-somatic supports. 

 

Applied Neurology (15-25 minutes) 

  • • Check in and track progress: We’ll begin by reflecting on integration since our last call — what felt easier, what was challenging, and discussing any performance outputs that changed / came up.
  • • Nervous System Tools / Drills - we’ll either review some theory or introduce new practices depending on how integration is going and what the focus is that day. 
  • • Overview and guidance for personalized set of neuro-drills selected to address one of the themes we are exploring, while lowering overall stress levels and building more resilience and safety in the nervous system.

 

Creative Integration / Emotional Processing (15-35 minutes)

  • • We’ll use art, play, and creative invitations to integrate emotional processing, strengthen self-trust, and support healing to feel safe and enjoyable.
  • • Reflection: after art making there will be time to reflect on the process and share 
  • • Over time, this process develops a series of creations that reflect valuable subconscious and intuitive messages from body and spirit. Reviewing past work can reveal new and powerful insights into the significance of the process and emotions expressed in it. 

 

Commitment & Practice

Results come from consistent practice between consults, much like nutrition or personal training. Even a few minutes per day can create profound shifts when consistently engaged.
