BraveHeart CafÊ

BraveHeart Café was brewed from a deep knowing... We are wired for community. Our nervous systems are built to co-regulate in connection—but these days, many of us are disconnected, missing our village, feeling stressed our fast paced world, getting stuck in survival mode, and doom scrolling our way to the next dopamine hit. After years of world-shifting, mind-bending events (global pandemics, conflict, political polarization—you name it), it’s no wonder we’re feeling so drained.

Enter: a virtual village to cultivate connection, creativity and wellness. BraveHeart Cafe is cozy space to gather, co-create, explore and practice self-care—together. A soft landing away from the daily grind (because the only grind we’re into here is coffee).

Abby is a heart-led healer with a background in HR, leadership training, and creative youth education. Certified in trauma-informed breathwork and the HeartBreath™ method, she supports people in slowing down, softening, and coming home to themselves—one breath at a time.

Her approach is rooted in deep compassion and calm strength. Whether she’s holding space in group sessions or one-on-one, Abby helps people exhale their way back into connection with their bodies and their truth.

As a mother to a brave and beautiful daughter, she walks the walk—blending professional wisdom with lived experience. We’re so lucky to have her co-hosting Radical Exhale, a breath-fuelled nervous system reset that helps you leave the weight of the world at the door.

The most fun you've ever had working through your sh*t.

Not another “talk about your feelings” call—this is brain science wrapped in play. Radical Reflection LIVE is a weekly creative session where we use playful expression, humor and science-backed brain magic to let go of stress and rewire old patterns. No pressure. No perfection. Just you—feeling lighter, seen, and maybe even laughing.

Once every month, BraveHeart Cafe hosts the Radical Exhale: A breath-fueled creative wellness community class designed to reconnect you to your body, your breath, and your intuitive magic. Co-hosted by Abby Creek and C.J. Smith, this call is a space for play based wellness, creative expression, compelling conversation and radical rest. We blend guided breathwork with creative expression to help you slow down, soften, and get curious. No art skills required. No breathwork experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and see what moves through you.

Your brain’s secret superpower? Creativity. And no— you don’t have to be an artist to use it.

Making time for creative play is a radical act in a world that glorifies hustle.

Radical Reflection LIVE helps you rewire your brain faster—without pressure to “just think positive” or journaling page after page to untangle big feelings that pop off like an unwelcome fart.

Listen Bestie, let's spill the T...

Consuming countless audiobooks, going to therapy and doing all the shelf help things may spark bursts of inspiration and action momentarily, but for sustainable, lasting change we must integrate it at the level of our nervous system.

Experience more BLISSipline

WTF is BLISSipline? That feeling when you schedule in a new habit that nourishes your mind, body and soul. It’s the practice of building habits that remind us the journey itself is the bliss—finding joy in the flow instead of fixating on the finish. This experience isn’t about creating a perfect masterpiece; it’s about immersing yourself in the process and developing a practice of creative flow. When we do this consistently, we start rewiring our brains to experience more joy and ease in all areas of life. Imagine how much more focused, innovative, and fulfilled we’d be if creative play was treated as essential to wellness—just like diet and exercise.

Here’s why:

  1. Neuroplasticity & Repatterning – Repeated creative expressions strengthen new neural connections, helping to shift away from stress-based survival patterns and stuck energy and toward more ease, curiosity, and joy. The more we engage in creative flow, the more our brains learn to access it naturally.

  2. Dopamine & Reward Systems – The act of making art, particularly when we focus on enjoyment rather than perfection, triggers dopamine release. Over time, this reinforces a positive association with creativity, making it easier to return to and integrate into daily life.

  3. Mindfulness & Flow States – When we create for the experience, we activate the brain’s 'default mode network', linked to insight, problem-solving, and relaxation. This is key for rewiring stress responses and promoting emotional regulation.

  4. Reducing the Inner Critic – Play-based or process-oriented creative work helps quiet the prefrontal cortex’s overactive self-judgment and perfectionism. This makes space for curiosity, innovation, problem-solving, and deeper emotional processing.
